Milan

Milan Duomo

Courmayeur

We took a bus to Courmayeur, in the Aosta Valley, where we have many mountain activities, ski resorts, etc.

It’s the chamonix on the Italian side, even without much time I managed to walk some incredible trails facing Mont Blanc.

Our goal now is Venice, but before that we’ll have two days in Milan.

Milan

Milan is located in the Lombardy region and is considered the capital of fashion, one of the main Italian destinations.

Since the Renaissance period, the city has played a leading role in Europe, although the capital is Rome, modern Milan is the great Italian metropolis, with a past as rich as its present.

We arrived at Milan’s central station and chose a hotel right next door, because the next day we were going to Venice.

We went to visit the famous Duomo di Milano (Cathedral of Milan), the no less famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, located right next to the cathedral.

The gallery was built at the end of the 19th century to honor the king of Italian unification, Vittorio Emanuele II, and begins at an immense Arc de Triomphe, much like the one on the Champs-Élysées in Paris.

The Quadrilatero della Moda, a block formed by Corso di Porta Venezia, Via Manzoni, Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, has become the most charming street in all of Europe: with a large concentration of the best fashion brands.

Now our goal is Venice.
